What happens if my flight is cancelled?

We understand that flight cancellations can be disappointing, but don't worry! We've got you covered. At Virgin Balloon Flights, we make it easy for you to reschedule your adventure if your flight is cancelled due to weather or other related factors. Here's what you need to know about our cancellation policy and how we ensure you don't miss out on your balloon flight experience.

Rebooking Your Cancelled Flight

Automatically Extended Voucher Validity

When your flight is cancelled, we automatically extend your voucher's validity by six months, free of charge. This gives you plenty of time to find a new date that works for you.

Keeping Your Voucher Active

To maintain your voucher's validity during this extension period, simply book onto another flight at least once within each six-month extension. This ensures your voucher stays active and you don't lose your opportunity to fly.

Simply follow the steps to book a new flight and you’re all set! (How do I book my flight?)
