You may be eligible to exchange the value of your vouchers for a Virgin Experience Days Gift Card through our exclusive partnership with Virgin Experience Days.

Our Standard Vouchers

All our vouchers come with an exchangeable option within the first 90 days of activating your voucher. Here's what you need to know:

  • You have 90 days from the date of activating your voucher (e.g. when you add a gift voucher to your online account) to request an exchange.
  • This exchange option is only available if you haven't made a booking or any attempt to fly.
  • Exchanges will only cover the balloon flight vouchers and not any other items sold as 'gift extras'.
  • Unlike refunds, you don't need to be the original purchaser to qualify for an exchange, providing ultimate flexibility for gift recipients.
  • After the initial 90-day period from activation, exchanges are not guaranteed, but may still be possible, providing you still meet the requirement of zero bookings made.

If you're past the 90-day activation period:

  • You'll need to speak directly with a member of our team to discuss your options.
  • While we can't guarantee eligibility for exchange after this period, our team will assess your circumstances and do their best to assist you.

The 'Any Day Morning or Evening Plus' Voucher

This special voucher comes with more flexibility on exchanges:

  • If we have to cancel your flight three times due to circumstances beyond our control (like weather conditions), you have options:
    • You can choose to exchange your voucher for a Virgin Experience Days gift card worth two-thirds (66.7%) of what you paid. This offer is available within 21 days of your third cancelled flight.
    • Alternatively, if you've had seven or more cancellations as stated above and decide not to fly, you may be eligible for a full refund or an exchange for a Virgin Experience Days gift card of equal value to your voucher.

Vouchers Purchased from Other Providers
