Yes! You can upgrade your balloon flight voucher to a more flexible option, unless you already have our most flexible "Any Day Morning or Evening" voucher.

Upgrade Options

Weekday Morning vouchers:

• Upgrade to Weekday Morning or Evening (£20 per person)
• Upgrade to Any Day Morning or Evening (£40 per person)

• Upgrade to Any Day Morning or Evening (£20 per person)

How to Upgrade

At the moment we are only able to process upgrades over the phone. To upgrade your voucher:

1. Contact our customer service team (Contact Details)
2. Have your voucher security code ready (Voucher Security Codes)
3. Our team will guide you through the process and arrange the upgrade
