Redeeming WonderDays Vouchers

If you are a WonderDays customer and have purchased a Virgin Balloon Flights hot air balloon experience, you will need to redeem your WonderDays voucher(s) with us before you can book a flight.

1. In order to redeem and activate your vouchers, head over to our WonderDays redemption page here
2. Create an account or log in if you are an existing customer
3. Enter the details requested - these are your WonderDays voucher details
4. Once redeemed, a member of our team will review your request (this may take up to 1-2 working days)

Check your account over the next couple of days and your vouchers should appear.
