Redeeming Virgin Experience Days Vouchers

If you are a Virgin Experience Days customer and have purchased a Virgin Balloon Flights hot air balloon experience, you will need to redeem your Virgin Experience Day voucher(s) with us before you can book a flight.

1. In order to redeem and activate your vouchers, head over to our Virgin Experience Days redemption page here 
2. Create an account or log in if you are an existing customer
3. Enter the details requested - these are your Virgin Experience Days voucher details
4. Once redeemed, a member of our team will review your request (this may take up to 1-2 working days)

Check your account over the next couple of days and your vouchers should appear.
