My e-vouchers have not arrived by email
If you have selected 'email delivery' at checkout, please be sure to check your spam folder in case something didn't quite go to plan.
Your email should have the subject line 'Order Confirmation' from Virgin Balloon Flights. This will include your e-voucher(s) attached.
This is not to be confused with your Booking Confirmation which is received via email upon successfully booking onto a flight slot.
If you are still unable to locate your order confirmation email, please reach out to us and we will be able to assist in resending your confirmation.
